About Us

Dr. Jeff Unterbrink joined The Eye Site of Lima in 2012 and is excited to serve the community where he grew up. He graduated magna cum laude with a Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science degree in 2008. He is a 2004 graduate of Delphos St. John High School.

During optometry school, Dr. Unterbrink was a member of the Sports Vision Club, Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, American Optometric Student Association, and helped 1st year students as a student tutor.

Dr. Unterbrink offers comprehensive eye care for all ages, with an emphasis in contact lenses, low vision, and diagnosis and management of eye diseases. He enjoys challenging contact lens fits, including scleral lenses. He participates in InfantSEE, which offers free eye exams for children 6-12 months of age, and Sight for Students, which provides free vision exams and glasses to low-income, uninsured children. He also donates his time to Vision USA, which provides free eye exams to low-income uninsured adults.

In his free time, Dr. Unterbrink enjoys golfing, spending time at the lake and being with family and friends. He and his wife Allison reside in the Delphos area with their two children, Kendall and Keegan.
